is located in the heart of the historic center of Toscolano-Maderno – just 500 meters from the lake – in a central and quiet area.
The guest house was completely renovated in 2017 and offers modern and comfortable holiday apartments with views of the mountains and the old town.

Ca ‘due Olivi is the ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities such as water sports, biking, hiking in the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano and for interesting excursions to the many attractions around the Lake Garda

Apartment made to a high finish. Very nice bathroom and kitchen. Equipped with everything you could need. Lovely garden and every room has a private balcony.
Relaxing break in lovely location
Our stay was absolutely great! The house really feels like a home and everything you can possibly think of is taken care of. In the appartement everything is available, they even filled up some water bottels and placed them in the fridge so we had could water at arrival. Also, in the main ‘kitchen’ area is a fridge with beverages and snacks you can buy, so we enjoyed a nice cold wine on our own terras right after unpacking our suitcases. The appartement is very close to the town, ferry stop, beach and several nice restaurants. Also a (free) parking place is nearby. Annemarie is a very sweet, helpfull host that is available any time for assistance and tips. We had a wunderfull stay and can definetly recommend it!
